Friday, October 16, 2009 ( ) my wednesdaysssss are FREE! actually not really, i will dedicate that day for work. don't really like my timetable though there's a off day. because there are a lot of breaks in between!! arggh! i prefer days that are packed and then other days either off or home early. just like kah jen's or wan ling's timetable. like just suffer one long day in school and the rest of the days can go home early. that's so much better. but there's nothing much i can do to change my timetable. so gotta stick to it. but on the brighter side, at least my CDS class, i have got company now! unlike the previous two, i'm always soo lonelyyyyyy.. that puipui ah, think addicted to sims2 liao. until now still don't want to sleep! she's still playing sims while i'm blogging. and she has school the following day, or should i say later? will going to watch Julie and Julia at Gold Class this coming wednesday with none other than tanpuipui. heehee. then hopefully, if My Sister's Keeper is showing at Gold Class, I will watch it on the following wednesday. okay. just a short update. going to sleep now. bye~ 3:16 AM Monday, October 5, 2009 ( ) haha. let the pictures do the talking. =) Baking Session 240909 with yy, serene, amanda and myself. =D we did cornflakes, chocolate chip cookies and brownie.     Preparing the chocolate chip cookies.. After 16 minutes..   Appearance not so good, but... it tasted BETTER than the last time we did it. YUM YUM~  notice a face with a huge nose? heehee. THE BROWNIES...   The first round we did (the picture on the left), not so good. Quite bland, no taste. The second time we changed the amount of ingredients, and it turned out way better and tastier! If only there's hot fudge and vanilla ice cream.. *drooling..* Amanda's 19th Birthday 290909 actual birthday is 300909. gave amanda a surprise party after her closing. the plan was to present her a cake after she finish changing her clothes. i think the plan so-called succeed la. she was surprised. haha. expected closing time was about 2245. but it ended later. so we took photos while waiting. =)    the artist drew poker face presenting it to lady gaga.    some random photos..  what's with that face??     the 4 photos above were taken using smile detection and timer. =D  serene and philip. =)  the buddies! finally... the birthday girl is here!   blowing the candles..  cutting the cake.. actually there are a lot of other photos, but lazy to upload all of them. so just upload the group photos.     these 2 like never see cake before.. -_-" some photos taken again.. while waiting for the rest to finish EOS and head for supper.. LOL!   jump shots.. only she got the energy to do it..  serene found this bait on the floor. we tried to use it to catch fish. should have take some photos or video. see how enthu amanda and yy was. lol. they almost caught some man!  a group photo with our pinky shirts! =D as we were heading to the bus stop.. serene, the paparazzi, trying to take photo with the star, amanda. but to no avail, none of the shots were successfully taken. haha!   so serene decided to give up and let her go. LOL!  we went to PP's pastamania for lunch.     after lunch and gossips, home sweet home! Today 041009 met serene to get my camera back. and took some photos. see my new hair colour! COPPER RED! heehee..       okay, shall return to my comfy bed now. need to wake up as early as 5.30am tomorrow. or should i say later? anyway, shall stop here. bye! =D 1:04 AM Tuesday, September 8, 2009 ( ) finally.. i got 3 days off from work. but back to work tomorrow. i have been working for 10 consecutive days since 29 Aug. even though there wasn't many patrons. but it's still tiring okay.not having enough sleep. but need $$$$$$$$..so no choice, got to work work work!! well, let me take this time to update my blog.Tuesday - 080909. Tan puipui and I went to sign in. Dance flick. as usual lor, lame show. then we went to Vivocity to get our Gold Class tickets.  go shopping with her is so mafan. very indecisive. =xWednesday - 090909. nice date yeah?yy, puipui, Amanda and i went to watch 2 movies at Gold Class. i was a bit suah gu.at first, i don't know to adjust the seats. then Amanda told me how to.then i tried to pull the leg rest up, but cannot leh. there is actually a button at the side of the seat. -_-" First movie, Coco Before Chanel. the movie was okay. Second movie, The Time Traveler's Wife. i guess we enjoyed this movie very much than the first one. but i felt it was progressing too fast. pui pui and i ordered a GVmax platter and Sparkling Red Grape = $30.maybe because I've read the book. yy ordered brownie = $10. Amanda ordered hot chocolate and green tea mousse = $15.so expensive! but never mind la. don't know when will it be our next time to experience Gold Class again. so ENJOY first! think later! haha! after movie, went to slack around. as usual, tan pui pui suggested to take photos.       see, every picture also got TAN PUIPUI!  that's Amanda's.  that's puipui's.  that's yy's. so cute right, 2 vegetables surrounding the egg. but look pathetic at the same time. just 2 vegetables??  that's mine. the bowl may look HUGE but the portion is quite small. lol.  finally, Amanda is caught on camera. thanks to the 'professional' photographer, TAN PUIPUI! after dinner, we went to get puipui's Adidas bag and Amanda's hp pouch. such a coincidence, they both got the same colour, RED. then HOME SWEET HOME~ but i didn't have a good night sleep. was having my usual BAD cramps. =( but after eating medicine from my maid, i slowly fell asleep. really hate it when my dayima comes! how i wish you could be there.. to massage my tummy.. Thursday, 100909. went to collect my DVD recorder today. it's repaired. and i can record my shows, finally... after collecting, serene and i went to AMK Hub. went to have lunch at Fish & Co. some pictures taken using my hp.       then we went to bought the famous and delicious DURIAN PANCAKE for our families. =D and HOME SWEET HOME~ anyway, today was the release of results. really SCARED! i've been dreaming of results for the past 2 days. first dream was that i passed all subjects and got a GPA 2.89. second dream was that i failed 2 subjects! and today i finally received my REAL results. PHEW!!! no need to take SUPP!! i passed all my papers!! damn happy!! actually, i wanted to wake my sis to ask her see my results for me because i didn't dare to. but i went to read the message myself anyway. lol. This are my results for the following subjects: APEL2 and BOE: Passed [ obviously... ] MR: B [ all thanks to the project.. =) ] Food Hy: B+ [ thought can get A.. =( ] Store Mgmt: C [ think i didn't do really well for my paper, had confident in this paper though, was expecting at least a B ] RBB: C+ FARM: C [ really unexpected! i thought i will fail this damn paper, a lot of questions left undone! ] RP1: A [ my second A after 3 semesters.. pathetic right? ] i'm not sure about my GPA because the student portal is really slow. cant seems to log on. but i guess it's still 2.3. no change. i'm still pondering if i want to go the GVMC's 2nd birthday. wondering will it be worth it.. shall end here for today. want to go bathe now.the weather has been really hot!! 11:29 PM Wednesday, August 26, 2009 ( ) Because I didn't bring my key and my maid wasn't at home. I waited for an hour and had thought a lot. I seriously feel like a total complete FAILURE in studies.. FARM paper was done REALLY badly this morning. During my FARM paper, I totally blanked out. Whatever I remembered, I just can't seem to recall it. I really wanted to stand and leave the examination room. After the paper, I called her and I just couldn't help it but cry. I don't know why too. Maybe it's because I've already got the experience of taking supp paper before. And I told myself before that I NEVER want to take supp again. But it seems that the cycle is repeating itself.. Seriously, a failure in studies.. During my secondary school days, I was in the Science Class when I was in sec 3. But during sec 4, my results started to get worse. Teacher advised me to take Combined Science. And that's when I've already paid the fees for O Level already. So need to pay penalty of $120 to convert from pure to combined, if I remembered correctly. And my Mathematics teacher also advised me to drop A-Maths. But I didn't. See, if I tell people I used to be from Science Class, I think they will laugh at me lo. I ever thought of stopping my studies and to work instead. But without the super expensive piece of paper, I won't go far in my career and my pay will be miserably low. But I wonder how do I go uni with the depressing grades I have now... I guess it's time for me to hit the books and prepare for supp paper.. 11:54 PM Thursday, August 20, 2009 ( ) if you really really LOVE the girl, will it KILL to spend some money on her???? you shouldnt go round searching your house if there's anything you can use it as a gift for your GF! so you call yourself a guy?!!! or do you really LOVE your GF? or are you just DESPERATE to have a GIRL by your side? and the most angry thing is that the gift that you GAVE your GF is the gift I got for her! LIKE WTF!!!! if you are really SINCERE in getting someone a gift, SPEND some money! if you dont have the money, then wait till you have! so what you are getting the gift back from your GF? it's pointless and meaningless already! and you told your friends how 'FUCKED UP' your sister was just because she scolded you infront your friends?! you deserved to be SHAMED in front of your friends! anyway, who say girls need to have gifts to be happy in a relationship? it's the LOVE, CARE & CONCERN that she needs from you! 12:25 AM Saturday, August 15, 2009 ( ) with my laptop around, i will keep going to FB! damn, i can't seem to control myself.. argh! 12:15 AM Friday, August 7, 2009 ( ) Finally I can blog properly! Was having problems with blogger lately. Not able to change font, upload photo etc. Went to Blogger Help to solve the problem. Seems that mostly are Singnet users. * For IE 7.0 & below: Tools -> Internet Options Click on "Connections" page tab Click on "LAN Settings" button (if you are using Broadband) Check "Use a proxy server for your LAN ..." checkbox Click on "Advanced" button Under HTTP type, input "proxy.singnet.com.sg" for proxy address and "8080" for port. * For FireFox Press and hold on the Ctrl button, then press F5. Those who got problems can try the above-mentioned method. =) Shall start my update proper. MR presentation on 29/07/09.  (Left clockwise) Wee Qian, Li Yong, myself, Ming Hui and Mandy. MR's presentation wasn't very fantastic. We didn't managed to finish up conclusion and recommendation. However, we did pretty well for the report! Our group got a B+! All of us was quite surprised. Because it was a really LAST MINUTE work. Mr Roche commented that he enjoyed reading our report. However, it was still lacking something. RBB presentation on 31/07/09  The lady in pink, Ms Christine Ng, is my RBB tutor cum Care person.  These are the girls in 2R01.  These are the guys in 2R01. Class Chairman not in photo. As he had left earlier for CCA.  Last but not least, class photo! =D Not sure how we fare for RBB project. Will know it tomorrow during tutorial. But Ms Ng said is there are only As and Bs. So not that worried. Okay, enough of school-related stuffs. This is my to-do-list during my holidays. 1) Exercise! 2) Work, work, work to earn enough allowances for myself for my Tokyo Trip! To-do-list if I have the time... 1) Dedicate one whole day to do window shopping at Orchard with (^oo^) 2) Experience Sentosa Luge & Skyride 3) Singapore Flyer! 4) Hunt for good food. 5) Night Cycling 6) Go to the Marina Barrage 7) Camping at the beach 8) Picnic at Botanical Gardens 9) Holiday with family 10) Holiday with friends 11) Watch the KDramassssss which I've bought but have not get to watch yet Currently, this is what I want to do. There will be definitely more to come. =) Anyway, something random I want to mention. I think MDA got a bit something wrong ah. Why the movie 'Fighting' is NC16 V? Violence, understandable, but scene of intimacy?? Then the other movie 'Hangover' is NC16. Serene and I feel that it should be M18 instead. Shall stop here for today. BYE! 12:17 AM |
